2. Six (6) night minimum stay. Less than 6-night stay available only on as-requested basis.

  • Payment Terms

    100% due at booking: dates are confirmed at time of payment.

  • Additional fees

    Security deposit - $1,000
    Cleaning fee - $200

  • Check-in time:

    4:00 p.m.

  • Check-out time:

    11:00 a.m.

  • Cancellation policy/refunds

    100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date

    *Any refunds will be sent less any applicable credit card processing and Paypal processing fees.

  • Optional services (additional rates apply)

    Airport transportation

    • Up to people: $85 each way
    • >6 people: $100 each way
    • Baby car seat:  +$25

    House pre-stock before arrival: $80 plus cost of the food

    Basic daily housekeeping: $100/day (Complimentary basic weekly housekeeping services for guests staying 1 week or more)
